1. Cooperation Models

  1. Distributor Model
  • Partners purchase products at wholesale prices and distribute them through their own sales channels.
  • Partners enjoy regional market protection to prevent cross-regional competition.

  • Partners become exclusive agents for designated regions, responsible for promoting and selling products locally.
  • Agents are required to meet annual sales targets and are eligible for corresponding rebates.

2. Cooperation Requirements

Qualifications

  • Legally registered business entities within the cooperation region;
  • Established sales channels and industry resources;
  • Strong market development capabilities and a capable team.

Initial Purchase Volume

  • Distributors: Minimum first-order quantity of XXX units;
